From Symptoms to Solutions

For years, I found myself on the struggle bus of dealing with persistent headaches, awful period pain, stubborn acne, & getting sick frequently. Like so many of us, I didn’t connect the dots right away. But eventually, it hit me: these symptoms weren’t random. They were tied to the hidden chemical-filled products I was using every single day — from household products to personal care products.

My turning point wasn’t a single product, but a new awareness of what ingredients were lurking in my beloved products. Even brands that slapped a “natural” label on themselves were only half-truthful, packed with fillers and synthetics I didn’t recognize or trust. The more I learned, the more frustrated I became — until I finally said, “enough.” I started making my own products with ingredients I could actually trust. What began as a personal quest to feel better quickly became a fierce passion to help YOU feel just as confident and at peace about what you're choosing to put on your body and bring into your home.

My Cosmetic Herbalist Certification became my blueprint, showing me how to use what the earth provides to craft truly natural products. Nature provides what we need to feel good, live clean, and care for ourselves and the spaces we live in.
